After you book, we send you a secure one-time link via email or SMS. You click the link, which allows our technician to securely view and control your screen with your permission. We then diagnose and fix the issue in real-time while you watch. The connection ends automatically when the session is complete.

You can revoke access at any time, and the connection is automatically terminated when the session ends. We never access files beyond what's needed for the repair.

Hardware problems that require physical access will need an on-site visit.

Most remote support sessions are completed within 15-30 minutes. More complex issues like virus removal or system optimization may take 30-60 minutes. We'll give you a time estimate before we start, and you'll see exactly what we're doing throughout.

Remote support is $125 per hour with a one-hour minimum. The final cost depends on the complexity of the issue. We always provide a clear quote before work begins.
